Favourite MAC Products

Hello, I thought I would write about my top 5 fave MAC products today as Mac is easily one of my most loved brands (sadly for the bank balance). These 5 products are probably the most consistent in my make-up routine anyway so it wasn't too difficult to decide!

MAC Make up

MAC pro longwear foundation
First of all, I use MAC's Pro-longwear foundation nearly everyday. I would say it has buildable medium coverage whilst still feeling extremely light and lasting all day. I have it in the shade NC15 - I'm actually NW15 but the lady told me that for some reason this foundation works the other way?

For £25 pounds it is a lot for a foundation (you do pay for what you get) but a good base is the start of a great face, right? I really recommend this if you have oily skin as it is slightly drying so if your skin is more dry I would probably avoid this as it *can* stick to dry patches.

MAC eyelinerNumero dos, Eye Kohl in Smolder. I absolutely love this, I struggled to find an eyeliner that didn't run or clump in the corners of my eyes - but this stays put and at £14 it's definitely one of the more affordable MAC products, but still with the same amazing quality.

MAC studio fix plus powder

The Studio fix plus powder (£21.50) is a medium coverage powder that can be used either alone or on top of a liquid foundation, I choose the latter and find that over the pro-longwear it makes my skin look near flawless. I definitely recommend this combo to anyone looking for higher coverage.
Also it comes with a compartment underneath with a sponge- before this I used to throw them away but I found that using the sponge as opposed to a brush gives a higher coverage.

MAC msf Soft and gentle

This next product is very dear in my heart, my first MAC purchase- Soft and gentle Mineralize Skin Finish (£23) adds an elegant bronze highlight to your cheeks and gives a soft glow. Looks stunning in the pan and on your face!

MAC rebel
And finally, my favourite MAC product ever: Lipstick in Rebel. At £15.50 it's a fairly pricey lipstick but ask anyone and they would most likely tell you that MAC lipsticks are worth it. The colour pigmentation and lasting power are incredible. Rebel specifically is a pink toned plum and looks very scary, when applied though it's lighter and can be made darker if need be. It's my fave winter lipstick by far and I'm actually quite excited that it's nearly ran out because it means I can go get another!

I hope you've enjoyed this post/found it useful, i'm always looking for an excuse to buy more products so any recommendations are very, very welcome.
