I thought I would do a review of the holy grail that is Liz Earle's cleanse and polish.

Liz Earle's wonderful cleanse and polish is a hot cloth cleanser with two stages: the first one being cleansing. It's a very natural cleanser and contains eucalyptus and cocoa butter which help create smoother and clearer skin. It smells very earthy and personally i like it - although it's not very strong or overpowering so if you don't fancy the smell it's not much of a big deal!
The second stage is polishing. After applying the cleanser, you buff it off with a muslin cloth that has been soaked in hot water (hence the 'hot cloth cleanser' haha). This gently dislodges dead skin cells, leaving you with gorgeous, radiant skin.
Now at first i was worried that the whole 'polishing' aspect would be too rough for my skin because i have fairly sensitive skin, but i was very pleasantly suprised - it's far from rough and leaves my skin feeling and looking gorgeous. Before Liz Earle i was using Simple's refreshing facial wash gel and although i felt it was a nice, refreshing cleanser, i was never fully satisfied with it. But now i have been using this for about six months and i have never been more confident with my skin.
I definitely recommend this. Its perfect for removing makeup and achieving lovely, clean-feeling skin.
